The newly
adopted (November 6, 2012) Zoning Ordinance and Map
(Ordinance #4050) and Amendments to the General Plan (Board
of Supervisors’ Resolution 12-124) became effective on
December 10, 2012. This webpage provides links to PDF
documents for both the Amended General Plan and Land Use
Map, and the Updated Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Maps. Also
included are links to the separate chapters of each of these
documents. Parcel Look Up information (Zoning by
Assessor Parcel Number, Address, or map search) on General
Plan Designations and Zoning is available under the link
entitled “Zoning Database Lookup” below. The Planner
of the Day at the Development Services Department can
identify zones and answer questions on the new Zoning
Ordinance:
